Rachael and Ryan have the distinction of being the first twin sister and brother to reign simultaneously over the Preston County Buckwheat Festival.

These 15 Preston High School juniors will form part of the senior court for the 67th Preston County Buckwheat Festival. One of these young ladies will take the coveted role of Queen Ceres LXVII in a pageant held May 7th. Two others will be selected as Maids of Honor. The remaining girls will serve as Senior Princesses.
King Buckwheat LXVII will also be named at the May 7 event and the escorts for the Maids and Senior Princesses will be formally introduced.
